Location[]
Bogstead is located in the County of Ekrardo in the North-West of Wugay-Nay. It is situated on the southern edge of the Darkspire March. The only permanent road leading towards the village is coming from Westwell and is normally safe.
Political landscape[]
The mayor of Bogstead is a dwarf called "Old Beastheart". He got that name, when he established the town by slaying the Hydra of the Bog a few decades ago. He has since established Bogstead on a small isle in the bog and has been leading the town for many years.
History[]
Bogstead was founded in the year 1017, after Thwardin "Old Beastheart" Beastheart had slain the Hydra of the Bog.
